Resetting your password can only be done for the live version of your site. If you are attempting to log into a Train environment, (e.g.https://customername.train.safetychain.com) you will need to contact your Implementation Project Manager or Support@safetychain.com for assistance.
From the Login page, select Password Help.
Enter your Username and select Submit.
SafetyChain will send an email with a link to reset your password. The notification will be sent from notification.safetychain.com. If the email does not arrive in your inbox, please review the troubleshooting steps outlined in this article: Missing Emails, Submissions and Whitelisting
